About Neural Press

NeuralPress is built by Jimmy Theoc.

I'm a sales and operations leader with 20 years across industrial B2B, home services leadership, SaaS, and business development. I built this platform because I got tired of the gap between people who talk about AI strategy and people who actually build AI systems. I decided to be the second one.

How It Works

NeuralPress runs on a multi-agent AI architecture I designed and built from scratch. Seven specialized AI agents work in a pipeline:

A Scout monitors news sources across the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, industry publications, and real-time feeds.

An Analyst reads full articles and extracts what matters. The facts, the stakeholders, the strategic implications.

A Writer generates analysis calibrated to my voice and perspective through a custom prompt engineering methodology I developed.

An Editor scores every draft on quality, strategic depth, and readability before anything goes live.

A Publisher handles the technical deployment. SEO optimization, tagging, scheduling, and distribution.

The system runs autonomously every day. I review, refine, and occasionally write pieces from scratch. But the engine never stops.

Why I Built This

I've spent 20 years building and leading sales operations across industries. I ran sales programs for Gulf Coast petrochemical facilities where getting the analysis wrong has real consequences. I spent a decade in industrial distribution building sales processes from the ground up. I led home services operations managing teams and P&L on the B2C side. I launched Scope Generator, a SaaS platform for contractor proposals, and Houston Water Protection, a smart home services company.

But what I kept coming back to was automation. How do you take a process that requires 10 hours of human effort and compress it into 10 minutes of machine execution without losing quality? That question drove every operations improvement I've ever led, and it's the question NeuralPress answers for content.

I didn't hire someone to build this. I architected the system, engineered the prompts, wired the automation pipeline, and deployed the whole thing in four days. It costs under $50 a month to run. That's what real operational leverage looks like.

What You'll Find Here

Every piece of content maps to one of five strategic pillars:

Industry Intelligence. Analysis of industrial markets, energy operations, and the forces reshaping how physical industries actually work.

Revenue Architecture. How sales organizations, pricing strategies, and pipeline systems drive growth. Not in theory. In practice.

Operational Leverage. Where AI, automation, and systems thinking create measurable efficiency gains. Real case studies, not hype.

Organizational Physics. Strategic frameworks for how companies actually work. The forces, friction, and leverage points that determine outcomes.

The Operator's Take. Same day reactions to breaking business and technology news, through the lens of someone who has built and run real operations.

The Tech Stack

For those interested in how the system is built:

  • Orchestration: n8n workflow automation
  • Intelligence: Claude API (Anthropic)
  • News Intake: Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, NewsAPI, RSS feeds, Brave Search API
  • Publishing: Ghost CMS with full SEO optimization
  • Distribution: LinkedIn, email newsletter, cross-platform syndication
  • Analytics: Google Search Console, Plausible

Total operating cost: under $50 a month. Time to production: 4 days.

Connect

I'm currently exploring senior leadership roles focused on building the autonomous enterprise. Companies that are serious about using AI and automation to fundamentally transform how they operate, sell, and scale. Not incremental improvement. Structural change.
